Copio: "Today eastern Stark had a tanker shuttle drill at Marlboro fire co. we flowed 185,000 gallons of water in 1hour and 25 mins. we flowed 2100 gallons per minute for an hour, maxed gpm was 2250 we had 21 departments that attended, 31 trucks, over 85 personnel and 19 tankers ranging from 2000 gallon to 4000 gallon capacity. 5.9 mile loop, average fill times were 2 mins 41 secs, average dump times 1 min and 55 secs. loop time average was 24:30. all an all a very productive training.
Thank you to all the departments that participated, as well as Larry from firovac for supplying the water monitoring equipment and hose monster and FDRU personnel for handling all the recording of times and water flow. Special thanks to the Marlboro lady's auxiliary for all the awesome food as usually!!
