En esta hoja de informacion aparece las horas de despacho, de salida de las unidades desde cada estacion (o lugar en el que se encontraban), hora de llegada al lugar del incidente y hora de retirada (en ese orden)
unidad tiempos (hora:minutos:segundos)
Ademas, el operador de central puede agregar informacion recibida por telefono (numero 911) o a traves de las comunicaciones radiales.
usando esta informacion se analizan los LLCC despues del incidente de manera de determinar si el trabajo se realizo de acuerdo a los procedimientos de trabajo o no. Se anotan horas/tiempos de chequeo cada 10-20 minutos.\
